Where is your 2019 vacation destination? There are many hot spots, according to the web. I saw, in my research, places like the Grand Canyon, Costa Rica, New Orleans. All the places I saw being suggested looked great, but where do you want to go? What do you call a getaway?
Personally, I like warm beaches where I can lie around in my tan through swimwear. What could be more relaxing than the wind and waves and sunshine? A lounge chair and a good pair of sunglasses is all that it takes to make me comfortable and drowsy.

The new year is upon us and it's time once again for that blasted New Year's Resolution. For me, the same one rises to the surface every year--losing weight. Losing weight to fit into those cute summer clothes and, of course, my tan through swimwear is my goal. Unfortunately, I have been a bit more gluttonous and less active this year, so it will be a bigger challenge than usual. So, you say, what will I do to achieve my goal? Okay, since you forced me, I'll tell you.
First off, I intend to get back to my exercise routine. I use aerobic weight training to build muscle and burn fat. I enjoy the HIIT-type workouts. They are very effective for getting into top shape!
Now for the less enjoyable of the ideas. I have to control my eating habits. Since I was small, I have eaten enough to feed a small army, but now that I am middle aged, I must change! Smaller portions and better food choices are my strategy. It's worked before, so I trust it will work again. It has to; I really want to wear my itty-bitty bikinis again!
I definitely intend to drink more water. I find myself chronically dehydrated and I have read that drinking lots of water will help flush my system and help me to lose weight.

Unfortunately, it's the time of year to think about storing our summer clothing. It makes me sad, too, but it has to be done! Today, let's talk about storing your tan through swimwear properly so they will be beautiful next spring when sun tanning is possible again.
The first step to properly storing your one-piece swimsuit or tan through bikini is to thoroughly clean it. As much chlorine, oils, and salt need to be removed before storing your swimwear. These chemicals and compounds can damage the fabric and elastic if allowed to remain on the swimsuit for long periods of time. To thoroughly clean your Lifestyles Direct Tan Through swimsuit, you need to hand rinse it well in cool, clean water. If there is a lot of oil, lotion, or chlorine present on your swimming suit, you may need to use a very mild detergent, like Woolite.
The next step is to let your tan thru swimwear dry thoroughly. We recommend that you hang them to dry indoors or in the shade, just so it is a ventilated area. Do not hang them in the sun. It is important that your swimwear is thoroughly dried before storage to prevent mildew damage.
Next, place them in a drawer or plastic container for storage, being careful not pack them too tightly.
Now, here comes the hardest step of all. Wait for spring to arrive again...
